Intermittent Fasting is all the buzz these days but few realize why it is so good for you and how to safely integrate it. This exciting 3-part series that will teach you step-by-step on both the Why and the How of intermittent fasting. I have always believed that education empowers individuals to stay the course on the path to better health and this is what this course will do. I also believe there is greater success in an intermittent fasting program when gradual, educated and supported steps are taken into this new world. Each class will consist of 30-45 minute lecture with time for questions at the end.
Week 1 – Introduction into all the benefits of intermittent fasting and ending with a Week 1 Intermitting Fasting Plan.
Week 2 – Discussion on all of the various ways to Intermittent Fast, finding what’s right for you, techniques to make you successful and ending with a Week 2 Intermittent Fasting Plan.
Week 3 – Discussion on healthy food options that make Intermittent Fasting much easier, stop sugar cravings, and most importantly, make you much more healthy.
